Pilot – Travel Center
Demolition of existing structures, mass grading, storm drain, sewer main, water service construction, roadway and parking construction, and structural concrete and fuel tank pads for the development of travel facility, with a timeline of 130 days for completion.
Site mass grading, building pad preparation, underground utilities, grading, site concrete, site demolition and asphalt paving. Structural concrete; footings, foundations, grade beams, fuel tank pads.
Underground Utilities
To include, sewer main improvements and services, water main and service. Fire hydrants, and valves installation. Storm drainpipe, storm drain force main, catch basins and culverts. Adjusting services to grade.
Structural Concrete
Concrete footing prep and pour, continuous and column. Foundations prep and pour. Concrete panel tilt, prep, pour and erection. Grouting and dry packing. Panel smooth finishing.
Site Concrete
To include, sidewalk, vertical curb, vertical curb and gutter, concrete walkways, driveways, scuppers and handicap ramps.
Grading & Roadway
Asphalt milling, roadways prep, subgrade, fine grade and compaction and reconstruction, Asphalt paving, striping and signs.
Electrical
Electrical conduit, pole bases, pole lights, electrical trenching. Site lighting.
Demo
Demolition of existing structures, concrete structures and misc. removals.
